“Be compassionate," Morrie whispered. And take responsibility for each other. If we only learned those lessons, this world would be so much better a place."

Tuesdays with Morrie shows a rekindled friendship between Morrie Schwartz, a sociology professor and Mitch Albom, a lost student stuck in the monotonous routine of life. Every page of this book is beautiful, taking you on an emotional rollercoaster ride. This book will make you laugh, it will make you cry, and most importantly, it will make you realize how to give out love, AND how to let it come in.
Morrie Schwartz, living in death’s shadow, acts as a teacher, a mentor, and most importantly, a friend. He teaches one final class – A lesson on how to live life, the “thesis” of which is presented in the form of this book. With conversations between the two revolving around love, life, death, regret, family, success, and many more, Morrie offers a “crash course on living” – ruthless and clear hindsight on what matters most when your days are numbered.
